QOS is developed for the following operating systems:
FreeBSD
Linux
MacOS X / Darwin
Solaris
QOS (Server and Agent) requires Python 2.0 or later. QOS Agents can be ported to any operating system with Python 2.0 or later support with only a few changes.
For maximum functionality, QOS requires some external dependencies:
gnuplot, the GNU Plotting package, for report graphs.
PySNMP, for the Snmp Agent Entity to operate.
The target QOS Server should have plenty of diskspace available, as the data from the Agents is stored locally and can grow to be quite large over time.
